I've found plenty of posts about printing straight from Illustrator, Corel, etc. What gives? Are these people not actually doing that?

So I've got it to where I can select the ValueJet 1614 from the printer list in Illustrator. How do I access the media profiles? Can't seem to find them. Do I have to set the defaults in Production Manager (Flexi) so that when I finally hit print, it prints with the right media profile...

They are a bit pricey. They sell the 22x28 (60" tall) black stand for over $100.00. I can get these for a little less than 80 at San Diego Sign Supply and even less at Allen Display. I can't seem to find a vendor who has consistent prices. I guess that's part of the game, though. Stands...

Got a request from a fencing company (not the sport, but fences) to make make aluminum plates with their logo to hang on fences after a job. Small logo that has a simple contour cut around it that they want to have done to this aluminum. Suggestions? I don't know anything about cutting...

The numbers are definitely a different family from the text. The Nashville font doesn't even have all the numbers...1, 3, 4, 5, 6 ,7 and 8 are all symbols....

The numbers don't really match up on those two. It's the numbers that I just can't seem to nail down...

I have the text pretty much nailed down as one I found for free called Nashville. The only numbers Nashville uses are 2 and 9 or something like that...any ideas on the numbers? Thanks a ton, Ben

It's a darker print (I hate it but I can't convince the customer otherwise). Just FYI as I'm sure it would make a difference if the colors are darker (dark blue and green) as opposed to a bright orange or yellow.
