I have used pop-up for retractables. As images are concerned, it is my favorite thing to print on. I've even done small photos (8x10, 11x17, etc.) on my scraps. I think with any material in retractables, it should be laminated, but I'm not sure exactly what to laminate it with for best...

No. But I think I may have found a solution. There is the control tac (3M), RS (Avery), or Command Form (Oracal) feature that might be better suited for this type of application. I'm gonna try it (I have a sample roll) and I'll let you know how it works.

How accurately do they need to be placed (registration marks on regular vinyl) over the top of the perf to ensure the cutter cuts accurately? If they are off by even a fraction of a millimeter, will the cuter not cut accurately?
