Versacam 300 my vinyl keeps shifting while printing

I've had my Gerber Fastrack 650 for years. All of a sudden my computer is telling me that my dongle is not being recognized. It will only run in demo mode which will not let me cut my vinyl. I tried all 6 different ports with the same results. I called Gerber, but they won't help me out. PLEASE HELP

How come there is a blue border around some of my jobs and not on others?

=Why won't versaworks let me add another set of these decals without goint to another row? there is plenty of room. I am wasting vinyl ... THANKS
