We have been using 226 as well, but have issues even with it falling down or not sticking well. Newer paints these days are hard to deal with using most anything.

Contaminants, or your ink density is too high, and it's bubbling where it's too much ink.

Ours is on Win 10 as well. Daily random shutdowns of PM. I've even noticed if I send a print, and have to stop it for some reason on the printer, that will shut down PM. I've never seen that happen with any previous version.

So today's issue is that I can't send email proofs out of Flexi, as of today. I have been doing it this way for YEARS. Suddenly today, it doesn't work. Either nothing happens, or I get an error message of failed email send. Anyone else with trouble with this?

Well that's an entire other issue, PM constantly shutting down, even MID PRINT. I think tomorrow I will be reverting to the last version, if I can.

That changes nothing. I tried that. So when I view the actual cut it's going to make, it's a truncated section of the entire cut path....and I can't see the reg marks at either end. I don't get it. I KNOW I have contoured larger graphics in tiles before. Maybe this is a huge bug no one has...

Ha...yeah everything is loaded correctly. it will run for a while then start this problem. You can sit and watch it happen. We'll be calling a tech out I suppose. Just had them out for burned out curing fan motor. The issues are piling up on this thing.

I've done several of these style designs. You have to make all type faded and distressed, not just overlay some textures. You remove maybe half of what you create in the process. I've seen some cool tutorials on it too, don't have links but they''re out there.
