Hey, I just noticed your article in the May/June SignCraft (I am catching up on the articles I missed during the busy season). Great work and thanks for the tips/inspiration!
  2. Creating a template from a photo

Forgot about that, that is an extremely good trick when there are no other options!
  3. Creating a template from a photo

Spherical aberration can be a real b*tch! :banghead:
  4. Creating a template from a photo

To get it perfect I take my drawings to a local blueprinting store and have them scan it on a wide format scanner, then scale it and vectorize it. The lens of a camera and angle you took the picture at can distort the image, and then your template won't be perfect.

  13. Do you add your Logo...

All banners get a sticker on the back with name and number, same with hole sponsorship signs and political signs, or anything that is cheap and high or high quantity. Some other signs may get a small one, but most of the one off custom stuff don't get one. It just seems to cheesy to charge...
  14. Im So Sick And Tired Of....................

I have very few good things to say about flexi in general. My favorite lately is changing the color of an object and having the program unexpectedly close on you!
