If I'm understanding you, I would simply make a mark with my Stabilo pencil, and start the print there, and if it's off by a hair, just trim it.

^^^ Not sure what you mean; the second side will not line-up with the first side unless it was printed in reverse, which would not be done. We're printing on 18oz blockout material.

Yes, but what about when you're printing the second side? Doesn't that high temp. affect the ink on the down side?

Ya, it's not the amount that bothers me, it's the principal. If they apply that to every invoice for no good reason, that adds up to a lot of money at the end of the year.

They have an arrangement with their own courier company, and there was a separate shipping charge on the invoice for that. When I asked about it, they said: "There is a $5.00 Fuel Surcharge on all Shippable Orders. That’s a Management Directive from our Head Office. I have no control over that."
