Don't get your panties in such a twist. It's not that clever. I thought it was sort of funny, only because the baby on board signs are stupid.
If you were so clever, you would have figured out how to upload it correctly in the first place.
Add the Roland to onyx cut server. When you print, set the Roland as your cutter. When you hit print, onyx will send the cut file to cut server. Load the print into the cutter, and launch cut server, hit cut.
Not sure why I went on about outdoor use... I was tired last night - long day. PVC shouldn't just crack from falling off a wall, what thickness is it?
If you can, get samples of the polystyrene in different thicknesses... it will be handy to show to your customers. I frequently need to dig out...
We use both quite a bit. Sintra is not good for outdoors because it will warp in the hot sun. For outdoor signage if they want something better than coro, but not as heavy or $$ as ACM, I will recommend .060" HIPS (high intensity poly styrene). It's also good for indoor signs. We use .020"...
That's an environment problem, not an Agfa flaw. Now I'm wondering how many other issues your having may be more due to the environment than the printer....
Just curious, why doesn't the adhesion promotor not work for you when printing 2nd surface? I mostly do second surface when printing on acrylic, and it prints and adheres just fine.
When we print on acrylic, we use an ink adhesion promotor AP3155. Since adding that little step it's been printing and adhering great. No issues with any other substrates.
It's been a very long time since doing any screen prints on garments, I don't remember heat being part of the process. Maybe I just don't recall that part. Still though, the registration of the two colors on the op's shirts is terrible. Heat won't fix that.
