+1 on IJ35 and oracal 210 lam combo. Holds up very well. Removability with IJ35 is a PITA though so make sure its a permanent situation. I've had great luck with the oracal 3651 / 210 lam combo if I know they are going to take it off in a few years. The only bummer there is no air egress...

Duraco high bond or 3M VHB will work fine. They flex more than enough. The thicker the tape the more the flex...

3M sells a glass sealer. We used it with VHB to apply glass to glass hinges. Not sure the name of it

White Update: Turned up the heat a few degrees and turned our negative pressure down to -3.2 fro -3.8. White is printing great now!!!!

this thread is full of fail.... on a side note, I have wrapped numerous side moldings and textured plastics with 180c. We use primer 94 on it and it sticks like a champ. No failures on our shop wrap that is 25% textured after 5 years.
