you don't make it without service manual. If you don't find it, try 265s manual. I've changed the whole carriage with it with my older 265. It's not hard but service manual is needed. 360 seem's quite similar, haven't opened it yet because it's under warranty :)

thanks for the tip. I ordered banner welder from china 2 years ago and it was .. fucking waste of money. It was broken at arrival, we fixed it but .. it was used.. even with best possible seam, it's 20mm wide and will fail. The smell is horrible and very toxic. Oracal's hemming tape works...

you can reset the counter with the help of service manual if needed. Do the maintenance youself, we managed to change the whole carriage assembly by ourselves. Just take your time :)

do you mean when you import one object to rip and make 100 copies of it or do you make copies and cut file yourself? I cut everything from onyx with summa f so this is not a problem because it always cuts 1200mm table / time. When i cut normal vinyls with flexi, i'll always convert everything to...

Exactly. If the roller is just a bit off, it does that and cutters doesnt notice it.

I have similar results with 360, 4000 sq meters, 8 months, something like 40 liters ink, 1 maintenance cartidge and that's it. 0 heads, which was suprise, with older 26500 i guess something like 10 heads were ***ked.. and usually same heads :) LM / LC head have fired 2 liters at the moment and...

that's the truth.. been there, done that :)

I hate small orders but like bigger ones. 100-200 shirts, takes propably 3-5 hours to do and i get 5-6 euros profit / shirt here in finland. Embroidery is getting more and more irritating, i'm trying always to sell heat press stuff. Beanies are my all time favourite, 5-6 can be pressed at once...

Buing all equipment isn't hard or very expensive, everyone can do that. It's about finding buying customers. Lot's of my friends could get 30-150k loan and buy everything needed but.. :)

I bought my steeltrak .. 3 years ago maybe.. it's a must have :) .. i have evolution also. both are very good cutters. 3000mm cutter for AMC would be nice.

there are many materials with L360 which needs take up reel to work. Use it.

we use it with L360. Works great.
