we charge $75 an hour normally for shop time but that changes depending on the job.
not sure how much you have to laminate for him or houw long it takes but you can either charge him by the hour or charge a set up charge and then a per sheet charge for laminating.

there are always acceptations that can be made on jobs if need be but overall you need to get a certain amount to pay your bills. we are not in business to lose money
not sure what type of printers you have but could you make them 50 or 100 to hold them over till you can get the full order of what they need.

we do flexo printing (large qtys like 10k and up), hot stamp label printing (med qty 1k-10k) and digital roll label printing (low to med qty)

:popcorn:fellers is the only company that i know of that has offered vinyl by the yard. hope things get back to normal soon this material shortage is a pain in the a$$. no rhyme or reason just different random materials
