    Agreed with above advice. I've got a GraphTec that sometimes does the same thing. I thicken my registration marks and cover them with matte laminate (scotch tape works fine also)

    That banner is asking for trouble. At the most, if they don't want to buy new banners, give them banners with removable vinyl lettering and charge them every time they need it changed.
