Same machine, also "groans"... but it still works great, noises aside. Personally, I'll make note about the lubricate, but it doesn't seem to be sticking anywhere at all on mine.
According to the manual, the cause is "The received data does not follow the command system set by the machine" Their suggested solution is "Transmit data that is not compatible with the command system supported by this machine".

I know that's old vinyl, but even still, common letters look like they have slight differences. Do you think they could have made a vector of calligraphic hand-writing? Does the customer remember what they did?
What is this from? It looks hand-written to me. The two T's have very subtle differences, when they should be the same on a typeface. Any other thoughts?
That looks fantastic! Much better improvement. I would be curious to see what the pepper looked like with just a smoother curved top. Was that considered, or does your friend like the shapes? (looked familiar to the original pepper shapes).
