  16. Mimaki rollers leaving marks on reflective vinyl

    Have you looked at the rollers up close? I've been having major issues lately with my pinch rollers leaving marks in the print. Turns out my rollers had flat marks, most likely from the previous printer occupant. Is there any discoloration on your roller wheels themselves?

    If it is cut 1-color, I've had good results with SpectraCut and CadCut Premium. Even had really good results layering colors with that material. Stays put after numerous washings. If you are LFP printing, we've had good results with Solutions Opaque, although sometimes it can be a bear to weed.
