as already mentioned above... as long as the ink is cured properly should not be a problem and reflective for some reason has a more aggressive adhesive than standard vinyls (at least the reflective we use anyway)

you can try testrite visual. not sure what their standard frames go up to bu i know they can make custom size items also. they are in hackensack, nj testrite.com

3M, and avery have colored wrapping vinyls for solid areas that don't need lam. they do have white available that would be the way to go
