I'm out of good ideas. I assume the issue is the feed direction so just look at it while printing and try to see what's up. Is it slipping on the rewinder or drive roller etc.
Happens on all different substrates or just one?
What if you attach it to take-up before printing?
So what if you print 2feet of nothing and then your jobs it's all fine..?
Clean your OMAS lense on the print platen and watch the substrate that it's not lifting up in the beginning.
Ah yeah of course it will perform the cleaning every time you start to print. However if your printheads are functioning normally it shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes. Even for the first one of the day.
Maybe part of your issue is if you only print white, your CMYK heads are clogged all the...
Well that's why it keeps doing to movements if you keep it loaded. So you can choose, keep it in and it will just move it back and forth or unload and it will not do it.
I have to say I don't know what "calibration" you are referring to. Every day it will ask you to do a cleaning when you wake...
Make sure you properly clean the grit rollers with a brush and some cleaner.
If you have had the machine for say 5 years, replace the pinch rollers as well.
One last thing is the drive belt could be skipping teeth but unlikely.
You can also reduce the acceleration G-force from cutter control...
Do you always keep the white printheads in the printer? Consider removing when you don't have any jobs coming up. Especially for the weekend.
It will do more cleaning if you keep them in.
There is a maintenance cartridge coming that has a separate waste ink container that you can empty. It...
I honestly have no idea but all the signs point to that it will be released very soon. Personally I think before the summer. Maybe in some next big trade show Fespa ex.
You've had some bad luck there. I haven't replaced any SRK since the rework for old units. No motherboard either. And I can...
It 100% depends on what issues you currently have. Not just having to swap printheads but is it a real problem that is not fixed or are you just having a "feature".
But if anything I'd wait for L830W to come out.
Really only thing I can come up with is static. Do you have the antistatic plate at the right end of the drive roller?
If the pinch rollers were dirty it wouldn't just start out in the middle of the job. It would be at the start.
It's not possible it was dirty already before printing?
I can check this but Im pretty positive you don't have to worry about that. It's complaining about the OC PH primer but new printers won't even have the primer. If you are on newest firmware you can just leave or disconnect the primer.
However check that the OC latch is completely closed...
If this is what I think it is one place tested this with latex. They just wanted it to be as black as possible so I think it was done with backlit profile and as far as I know it works fine.
They also had some special printer until this but wanted to get rid of it.
