Ink feed issue....probably not. Easy to check if the air pump is running all the time or just periodically. You basically can't have issues in multiple color lines unless you have an issue with the air pump.
Are you sure the drop detector is working correctly? I would reset the drop detection...
That's too bad. There's not too much issues in the field any longer. 800 is pretty stable, I think about the same as 570 used to be.
I would say average machine has only 1 visit per year if maintenance is not counted.

Are you using constant tension on the takeup?
I believe this will make no difference at all but do you have the anti static metal at the right end of the drive roller?
It's really this simple. Just copy all files from this folder and paste to the workstation you want to use for cutting. These are ready to cut files.

Before you do that I would advice you to clean the OMAS and the belt and then run 50012 Check OMAS navigability.
I really doubt your issue is the encoder. Additional troubleshooting would be advised before just throwing parts at it.
I think you can run the 41010 Drive Roller Analog Encoder...
