In my first post of this thread I failed to mention that I've only had and been using a 45 degree blade with my SP540i so far, but for simple contour cuts the force required seems high. I know that a 60 will help, but still....

With this calendered vinyl & lam, I'm at 280 with a not too old (45 degree) blade.

Unless there is a US source willing to just pop 'em in the mail in an envelope, what is the best Canadian source for 60 degree blades for my SP540i? (My local dealer wants over $56.00 for one!)

Why not spend a few minutes of vector work and generate it yourself?
