Routed foam, glued up a male, sanded, primed then sent it to fiberglass guy he sprayed up a female mold. Then the 6 after that were easy.

We just delivered 6 of these with various brands. They are internally as well as halo lit. We made the mold in house but had a local fiberglass spray up the parts. We built the cabinets behind the caps.

You may try some tech electric repair shop and ask the guy with the pocket protector if he can trace down and fix the problem. It may be something like a resistor or something easy to fix. Other than that its likely scrap.
