I got the factory reset but it will not work still. I have to unplug the usb cable just for it to cut off. It still feeds the vinyl all the way out of the machine.

Hello ,, My Roland GX24 starts feeding after I press the enter button and it goes across the vinyl to measure. I have to cut power off to make it stop. If it is unhooked from the computer it will turn on be alright until it is plugged up to computer. Any ideas? Thanks

I found out what works! It is paint stripper applied and let set for 20 minutes and it comes right off. Amazing!!

Yes ,, i go to view the wireframe and all I see is the image that I want but when the machine starts cutting,,it cuts that image and it is also cutting the same image over the original one in a different location. I do not see why I cannot see it on the file or the print preview.
