No idea. Not sure if it picks up the banding or the pressure is to high or something. The tech left before i could find out. I will have another tech here on monday from Epson out of California. I will ask him and find out how it knows it.
In case you didnt know the Epson S80600 has a build in feature you cannot change. When it sees that nozzles or multiple nozzles miss fire or drop out during print it will clean. So there is a possibility of multiple cleaning during the day. Even if your nozzle check is fine it can still have an...
So new heads, New heaters, Went ahead and changed encoders just to make sure. When we isolated and printed with a single head head 1 printed fine head 2 has banding.
Will start again in morning.
Also in case you didnt know the Epson S80600 has a build in feature you cannot change. When it sees...
Epson rep is here. Changed heads and some other items. Epson sends a file that bypasses the rip and prints on 3 m media set at 35/35/45. Still have banding. Before was a light banding now its a dark banding. Auto and Manual page feed adjustment has been done as well.
Tech is here now. Brown, Yellow, Grey, Black,. New heads, trying differ materials now. Adjust temps to 3m specs and using a file directly from epson without any rip. Still banding. Dark banding now not light banding.
I have tried both .eps and .pdf. I just tried as a tiff and that seemed to work for fixing the background issue. i am trying to dissect the file now to see if i can figure it out.
I have a file that was created that when i rip that file it fills the artboard with a color?
So i expanded the whole design and resaved it but i still get the same result.
It does not make a difference if the file is an eps or a pdf when ripped. This is the first time i have ever ran into this...
I'm having issues with banding now. No matter the profile, ink, media, heat. Did a auto and manual page feed alignment. Nozzle test is perfect. Epson has send 4 huge boxes of parts and will be here tomorrow.
Also there is a type of decal out on all epson s80 printers. Your dealer should have...
I have looked high and low for a specific template for a 2011-12 Polaris Ranger 2 seater. They are mostly 2013 and up if any at all.
Looking for anyone who has created a template for something like this as it cannot be one solid wrap and would need to be sections.
Thanks
The pic is horribly at seeing the banding after i look at it on here.
I did do a manual paper feed adjustment and entered the measurement what was only 1/2 mm off but i then printed s 8x48 black block and it looks good and if any banding is is VERY minor.
The pic i had to resize to load it so i hope you can still see it. This is 12 pass on orafol 3165RA material.
I had another sigh that had brown, red and yellow. It was printed on 8 pass and could def see it in the brown but i can't seem to find an image of that.
I wouldnt even think of...
As well if my material is shifting to the left it would mean that my tension is to tight to the left causing it to pull that way correct or am i thinking backwards about that?
