Try "Run as Administrator", even though you're logged in as admin, it's not the same. I've run into this with VersaWorks Dual on Win 10, but haven't seen it with old VersaWorks.

Did that help? It looks like you have deflected nozzles in black. This could also cause the double lines in black print depending on the scale and the orientation of the print. If cleaning the encoder strip didn't help, I'd focus on cleaning up that black head.

have you replaced the cap tops? also check to make sure that none of the tubing under the caps has come disconnected. Also, just because the pump is spinning, doesn't equate to "working fine" if the tube is worn through inside the pump, it can spin all day long and not suck a drop of ink...

Sounds more like static problem to me. Cyan pigment is probably the most susceptible color in my opinion. There are a lot of factors that can play into static buildup - humidity in the shop, material you are printing on, print speed, machine grounding, surface the printer is sitting on...

Just make sure that you leave the printer turned on while you are gone. If it's just a week, it will be fine as long as you're maintaining it properly. You may have to run a cleaning or 2, but the printer will run light cleanings daily while you're gone.

You might be able to do it in Flexi with some plugins. Not sure which ones to recommend though.

The best thing I did about this was switch to Vonage phone service (not a commercial here, I'm sure other providers accommodate this) and I get to block the numbers that I don't want calling me. They still come, but they are dropping dramatically.

How are you connecting to the computer? USB or Serial Port via USB to serial port adapter?

Density Control Only is just for printing your swatches from i1 Publish. Once you've created the media file and linked the icc profile, you would use the color management preset of your choice. (My favorite is Sign and Display, but you may prefer one of the other ones.)

Sounds like an air leak. Could be an O-ring somewhere or cracked/broken manifold.

Could be the blade holder, or the cutting strip, or loose bearings on the slider or loose bearings on the grit shaft... There's a lot that can go wrong with a plotter.

Try using the Right Click>Run as Administrator option.
