I'd start by cleaning your encoder strip. That message really means that the scan motor encoder and the linear encoder signals are no longer in sync.

There's job info that retains the settings from the last time the job was sent. It shouldn't do this on a new job unless your default job settings for the printer, in production manager, are set that way.

Try clicking on the linked option (I think) when you bring in the images, then it will not save the image in the file, only a placeholder. When you go to print, it will refer to the original file, so don't get rid of the file. Also, I'm assuming this is on the local hard drive and not a 3.5"...

I don't think any fabric material will be a permanent solution. And depending on your printer, doing a double sided mesh banner may not be an option.
