    made a card stock carrier and it seemed to work. got to the last 3" of the panel and it slipped so going to do a print mount. i am just going to figure the acrylic was too heavy. i will try cleaning the grit rollers and pinch rollers but they don't really seam dirty. perhaps the pinch rollers...

    trying to print 3/8 acrylic on lej 640 flatbed and it's not pulling through. material has paper mask-no good. tried putting application tape on it-no good. now going to try a card board transfer/jig underneath. any ideas? maybe it's just too heavy for the rollers?

    dryer temp problem? wrong material profile and heavy deposit of ink for that color so it's not drying by the time it pulls back to cut? try not using the rollers, only use the end rollers.

    the light up part is new to me and they really don't have a preference they just want it to pop/stand out. that's the other reason i'm looking for advice. i think the halo would be a good effect but would the regular backlit/channel lettering be easier to read at night?
