Thanks - I usually pull quite a bit through before I start printing and it does help. The material is as straight as possible. When you say lower the temps - what is a minimum that you think I can get away with?

I have been using Instant One air release vinyl and while I like the print on it I have an awful time with it bucking in the printer and therefore head strikes and contaminated prints. Any suggestions? I know that the heating may be a problem - should I reduce heat or increase it - what temps? I...

How many different images? How many copies? I would do these on high quality label stock or just get stickers made. I run these type on my full color laser for short runs or farm out for large runs. PM me if you need more info

How many are you looking for? I see them out there but minimums are often 100+ and they range anyway from $6-9

Ok after much thought and deliberation I know it is time for a new head See them on digi-print (have ordered a maintenance station from them and turnaround was great). What else should I buy to help the process? Having never replaced a head, what sort of trouble am I looking at? Alternatives...

Yeah unfortunately the nozzle check is pretty much the same all the time. I will replace the dampers to see and then unfortunately will probably have to shell out for a new printhead

Printer is a few years old Nozzle check is abyssmal Black is bad, magneta is bad and yellow and cyan are barely visible (didn't bother to take pics) questions: 1. will changing dampers affect this at all? 2. Maintenance station did not help - anything else to try?

Any one out there have instructions or some info on installing a maintenance station. Received it today and have been having issues with clogged head etc. This is my first time opening the printer sides etc so any help would be appreciated Mark
