Okidata makes a nice 12x18 if you can afford it. I also use a HP 5225. Slow for big runs but nice quality is good. Older model but you can pick it up for about 1500. Generic toners available otherwise around 1000 per set
Do a custom design through many of the online vendors. This mayear be a good opportunity to ask your client if there is anything they would want to change with their current one
I just take an image of blank window perf found in lots of places and then overlay that on the image, bring the opacity down and you are good to go. Or use that perf as pattern in photoshop and lay over your image. It is not exact but gives an idea of what to expect.

Thanks jsmoritz. When I search for polycarbonate at grimco of can't find it. Do you know the brand name by chance? I feel like an idiot asking but I just want to make sure I get the right product for the job

Not sure what the difference is in the white 2447 and 7328 but I will look into it.
Thanks
Thanks. Do you know if I have other choices available from grimco? I am.just not sure what works in light boxes and the site doesn't give much info about the substrates

What substrates are available from grimco that I can use?
I see acrylic but I don't see lexan or polycarbonate that I hear a lot of you sign guys recommend. Unless they are under a different name.
Any suggestions?
