Sorry double post - not sure how to delete

Ok so after hours and hours of toying with it I got it to work but I have weird issue. I am trying to print and cut a file from flexi. It is just 12 x 18 and not a huge file When I set it up to print and I ask it to print towards the edge of the roll I get the rip to go to 48 or 96...

I think the vinyl express Q75 is a rebranded Graphtec. I am looking for replacement bladed for the substrate cutting tool - not the actual plotter blade if that makes sense? Looks like I chipped the tip off it. Any ideas what it would be called or where I can find one? Thanks Mark

Would you do overlap even with perf? Most people say to do it butt

Largish window 67wx81h. Large image smack bang in middle. Would you install in two tall strip at the center of the 67 or do a max width say 52 and a 15. My head says two halves and hopefully aligned correctly. Thoughts?

Thank you for your response. I understand the variables and the differences between states. Was just hoping for rough estimates. If I buy preprinted I know how much it costs me bit not sure how much I should mark that up and them of course I can charge my hourly rate. THanks for the input

For 60 I would just do a basic cotton tote or drawstring bag especially if you are heat pressing them yourself

thanks for all the input. I think just the plywood and a self healing mat on the top is going to be the way to go. I like the idea of the PVC but my local supplier seems to only have 4 x 8. I do quite a few full 4 x 8 signs so wanted the extra few foot around it for a buffer zone Thanks

who is your supplier for 5 x 10s?

so if you buy a full set does it come with all the attachments etc? handle, extensions... also what is the advantage/disadvantage of buying the thicker or thinner felt? Would it not be better to go with the thicker one so it can be used on the occasional rougher surface that you might encounter?

Haha - just realised adding two feet does not make 5 x 10, just a 4 x 10...so what do you guys do for 5 x 10? Three sheets???
