Did an overnight head soak this weekend and no results... New capping station still not able to pull any ink from the heads, and nozzle check still not printing. :(

I've had the same problem. Try a head soak overnight.

I did it myself the first week working with the Falcon. Took a while to figure out but was a pretty simple and harmless process. I recommend doing it yourself in the future.

Replaced maintenance station (capping station and everything around it). No ink is moving onto the new capping station. Gonna try pulling it through by force tomorrow and fiddling around with the dampers some more... Could this all be because the heads need a soak?

Guy who found them lives 20 minutes from here. Local paper says they've been examined and are real but Adams family is disputing it. :P

We have used a gold leaf foil that holds up very well on trucks... Person who previously had the job put them on the trucks without laminate and they held up pretty good for over a year. We put laminate on ours, though. :P Also highly recommend a white base layer.

Alright well I've cleaned every damper, checked every oring and nut, took the print heads out and inspected them a bit, and then put humpty dumpty back together again. Still no yellow on the nozzle check and now every other color has faded as well. But hey Magenta has returned! I even put her...

Standard network card is a lot cheaper then $1,275 so doesn't seem like it would hurt to try...

This is on the Falcon Outdoor 1 Alright I recently had a cross contamination issue due to the new capping station pads swelling up and touching the print heads... Fixed that by removing one pad layer and sucking all the contaminated ink out of the Yellow damper. Finally I had yellow again...

Wow that's funny. Thankfully I don't have the headache of making electric or large dimensional signs here and even if we did we probably wouldn't offer installation. Now death by vinyl... that would be quite the sight.

I do all the maintenance and servicing on our Falcon here and I have not seen or heard of such a setting. Would like to know if it's possible too though.

How is the printer connected to your computer? If it's by TCP/IP and you are using a router you might run into some problems there. Also try turning off your firewall if you have one. If the computer you're using now isn't the same one you witnessed the original owner's test print on, you most...

This is a software (Windows Vista or Flexi) problem. It doesn't sound at all like a hardware problem (I'm a computer tech, yay me). If it was because of hardware, like your harddrive or bad memory, it would be very inconsistent and just freeze up or crash all the time, not just on large loads...

Sounds like a sensor issue to me. Problem could either be the cartridge (especially if it's getting worse, plastic is probably being ground away) or the sensor on the printer. Never had any problems with my sensors though... Edit: Hello to Fresno from Peck's Printery in Madera. :)
