yea, that stuff is no joke. we ended up using it on bank of america atm walls.

depends on how large the tiles are, if you're putting on mosaic type tiles (really small, like 1" X 1") you will probably run into problems. since most tile is 12 X 12, there is a whole lot more to hold onto.

this has been huge for a couple years here in dallas. they are everywhere. we even have food truck plazas dedicated for it.

i only use the pinch rollers on the outside, and leave the inside ones off.

the line is where the lam is separating from the liner and it just pulls a bit of the adhesive up right where it meets. no way to really avoid it from my experience.

can't say i have had the same experience with gerber. This shop bought the Solara Ion Flatbed when it came out, and it has been nothing but issues.

this has to be a user error. i have had mine since around september, and haven't had one issue with it. this is the sj-4 right? i leave it to print overnight all the time. i don't even use media clamps unless it's on banner or some other misc material.

which roland do you have? since getting the new xr-640, we have been able to produce grays a ton better with the LB cartridge.
