At minute 1.50 it looks like the motor is working but the axis does not rotate. Can't see how the transmission is made. See if you don't have a loosen screw around there. Also make sure the axis is rotating freely and you don't have a mechanism blockage shomewhere.

Could be some ink spilled on the printhead when you changed the dampers. If the ink gets on the printhead cable connector, it can cause short circuit. Just throwing ideas :)
