The folder where you can find the software is called adjustment wizard.
If the printer sat for a long time without printing, the ink viscosity changed. It would be a good idea to flush the old ink using cleaning cartridges and put in some new ink cartridges.
Doing so, you might unclog the printhead and clean the capping station too.
Just an idea.
1. Make sure you lubricate the linear bearings and rails
2. Clean the encoder strip
3. Change the brushes from the carriage motor
4. Broken cables in the drag chains (making intermitent electrical contact)
5. You might have defective linear bearings
The error leads to a defective mainboard, but you can try to disconnect the printer from the main power and turn it back on after aprox. 10 minutes. It's a long shot, but it might work.
