if you have to do a lot of color matching the best/ easiest way to start off is get catzper by nazdar. leave all the guess work out and if you want to get involved get the spectrometer and learn how to use it.

what does the printer status say on the ink levels? did you try to pull some ink through with a syringe? try putting a new cart in, maybe something is wrong with the cart or the chip?

never saw that before and not sure but.... check the capping station and hoses. maybe something is clogged and the ink won't drain so it's backing up in the head and on your prints.

+2 for that. i would be concerned with the job site sign being damaged, stolen or moved where the permit can't be seen all of which could cause issues

mactac has a couple of decent options for etched vinyl also and they are bubble free (not cheap but pretty good results)

try magnetsLLC not sure if they have mag that thick but all they do are magnets so they should be able to help you

Another trick i have had to do a couple of times is set up the the material then set a new base point to the first black reg dot and then it worked. Not sure why but worth a shot.
