I used to ship to Australia all the time. In the past, there was no way to track the package once it left the states. I wonder why Malaysians would order banners from the US? I mean, they can obviously get the banners designed and printed cheaper in their home country.

Mine did the exact same thing. My customer service experience wasn't as great as yours as it took therm forever to respond and they said $1,500 or some nonsense for a new roller (it's been a few months ago). I haven't tried too hard, but never could get it back to working with wider material.
