we print negs out of our epson 4880 w/ accurip. we use them for silk screening. the printer right now has all black ink (black max) we used to use the epson 4800 w/ the 4 c/p inks and it was ok we just had to bump up the black ink. you should be able to do it just have to make sure your blacks...

we use a ton of the 3651 and they do make an air release version also. we keep a roll of that on hand for just such an occasion.

depends on the powder coat. i have done jobs where it's a fine matte finish and no problems sticking oracal 3651 to it but i have done jobs where it is very textured and had to use specialty 3M adhesives (that would be a situation where the arlon 8000 would be good, like someone already suggested)

how old is the machine? could need to replace the rubber wheels on the pinch rollers, that could be one thing and you could do it your self, not hard. also your optical sensor could need to be replaced. that you need a tech guy to do (well i did but maybe it's something you could do your self)

depending on how busy they are harbor has done a job like this for me in 3-5 working days. also depends on how quick you get them the art file

harbor sales can sell the material and cut it for you.

only took them for 3 days after the surgery didn't need them after that so i am good but have a bunch left over in case of an emergency or for recreation..haha

we have been using fiber mark materials for paper/poster. they have a variety to choose from. been using it almost a year with no problems. solvent or uv print. not too expensive either.
