My customer wants to use Word. Isn't there a way to save a PDF, AI, or anything else into a format that can be open in Word so he can type a letter on his letterhead?

I guess my real question is: On a well prepped surface, glass or automotive paint, does completely cured Aquacote, say, after two weeks, have good adhesion to those surfaces? I have no problems on plastic, painted wood or any other sign substrate. Thanks.
