I’m printing from flexi 8.1 to a sp540 I’ve tried a couple profiles but so far they are printing very dark. Does anyone have a really good color accurate profile for a standard oracle gloss white printable vinyl ?

I just bought the sp550i. I’m trying to print with flexi and I am getting the dreaded can not open port message. I’ve searched on here and basically tried most of what I could find, turn off fire wall or allow flexi or production manager in fire wall settings etc. I’m not sure I have a pass...

I’m looking at a sp540v and have never used this machine before. I’ve only had valuejets in the past. The print is coming out very blotchy that I was sent. I’m hesitant to buy it. Even if the price is right.

I get all colors when I pull through waste line. I get all from dampers. But when I print my yellow is missing. It’s missing in the nozzle check also. I’m baffled as to what is going on Any help would be appreciated!

Strange issue. My wiper is only sliding out about half way to where it should be. It’s perfectly clean and un obstructed I can’t seem to figure out why. So during cleanings it’s only swiping about half of the print head. Any ideas on why it would be doing this ?

Is there such a thing as a double coupler type thing to extend the waste station tubes longer. Mine keep breaking shorter and shorter but for now I don’t want to open it up to replace them.

I keep having something strange happen. One channel of my magenta keeps printing yellow. I do a power clean and it goes back to magenta just as it should. When it sits overnight the same thing happens. It’s always the same one. Thoughts?

My printer only shows the head in high height. Even when it’s in low. When I go to power it if it says change head height to low. So only way to power down is unplug. Anyone ever had this happen and figured out a quick fix? Mutoh valuejet 1204

I had no power and put a new battery in my valuejet 1204 When it powered back up it wants to do an auto ink fill I can’t seem to stop it. I unplugged it twice and restarted but it starts back at 0% and starts filling again. Please any help how to stop this?

I bought new rollers, but has anyone come up with a simple way to change the rollers without removing the two springs and the carriage assembly on every one? removing the springs isnt terrible, it's putting them back on that's a pain

So after a rebuild of the print system I went in this morning to hearing a clicking sound like a relay sound over and over and com error flashing I turned it off and unplugged restarted and as it was starting up the clicking started again as it was initializing and shut down with the same error...
