Many times when I take my print back to cut, it will go back and forth (right to left) trying to find the black circle? Is there a spot I could clean? Sometimes I will shut it down or shut down versa works. Any help is appreciated.

I have had this problem long ago but can't recall what I did. I manually cleaned my printer yesterday and it printed fine after that. I cut stuff this morning and then I go to print and this happens. Roland sp300i. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
