We previously worked with Corel, using the Summa plugin, and all our print and cut data are ready in the CDR format. In Corel, the cut paths are stored under the "Kiss-cut" layer. I can export everything as an EPS and open it in Flexi, but I find no way to manually change the paths to a cut path.
