I've gotten it to cut but when I send a larger job it just stops part way through because it's not using the signlab spooler. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

I'm trying to just cut on my roland versacam SP-540V, It was cutting fine with and then suddenly stopped. There must be some setting that I have over looked.
Does anybody have any advice?
Thanks,
T
I'm looking to use our SV-540V to print onto glossy Cardstock. I was looking on roland DGA for a media profile but can't seem to find anything but paper no cardstock.
Has anybody found a profile that will work for this?
Cheers,
T
Was on the phone yesterday for 4 hours with our tech guys. They could not figure out the problem, I've tryed hooking the printer up via xover cable direct to the computer and tryed hooking it up into the network switch with a regular network cable. If anybody is familiar with versaworks and...
Hi guys, we've just got our digital printer. Works great! Though we have a wireless card connection for the business network and a wired card going to the printer. The printer is hooked up using a xover cable. I've got all the firewalls set up to allow the new computer. I have internet and...

I have a huge job that was done a number of years ago for a client that uses the font myriad-roman which is a pfb font. Somehow the font is now missing from my signlab and thus I can't seem to open the file. I've done a search on the system for myriad-roman, no luck. Did a search on the net and...
I'm doing some research on what kind of system I would want for a RIP computer that would be doing printing.
I've been putting off setting up a RAID system for our client files for far long and would like to do this at the same time.
Would a Phenom x3 or x4 Work? It would be doing all our...
I've got a client who has sent me several different versions of a banner we're trying to print. My printer says when he opens the file the shadow is printing as a large gray box. When I open the file in Illustrator it looks just as the jpg that we're trying to replicate. Though when I open the...
Hey guys, I've got a client here who would like to use the same font as on the ford falcon.
Looks like this. If I could even get something similar I know he would be happy.
Cheers,

We have a computer at the front of the store that has been able to connect for about a month now. We have our black and white printer up there as well as accounting. Its been a low - very low connection but enough to print and access the odd file. Its less than 50ft away from the router. Today I...
Hi guys, Right now we've got a several trays for each station. Design layout (2 stations) assembly (2 stations), and installations + accounting...each station has roughly 4+ trays/folders. I'm finding I'm spending so much time each day to find where a work order is at if a customer decides to...
Ok, so I've got my spooler running buffering to the rolland pnc 1100, but even after the job is 100% sent to the plotter the spooler is still using 99% of the cpu! What is this about? I've been using signlab and the spooler for years and just today it seems to have started this.
Any sugestions?
I've recently done some reno's to the shop, and I ended up switching which plotter was switched up to what computer. The cable for one computer ended up being Parallel insted of Serial simply because of the length of cable I had. I had this Rolland Camm1 PNC-1100 cutting all day yesterday with...
