    I was having the same problem but changed the setting to 600 dpi and it's fixed now. How does adding a gutter help with the print quality?

    Those are similar but not the same. I'll give the pizza shop a call and see where they get their signs. Hopefully that sign shop will share their source.

    I think these are called IRC's. Have you found a way of doing these in house? We get requests for these from time to time and sub them out. They are usually flexo printed. Does anyone know how to do these with a wide format printer?
