This is my head adjustment after the 3rd time and I am still getting banding. I have also went from one end of the spectrum to the other on my feed calibration with minimal change. I replaced K and M heads and dampners went through all tests and calibrations what am I missing?

I publish to pdf all the time, and the other day my colors seemed to have changed when printing but i cant remember what my settings were under publish to pdf could someone share the settings they use.

Just installed these on my Roland VP-540I Today and come to find out they were not the problem so I immediately removed them and flushed them.. I just paid 700.00 ea. would like to get 600.00 obo each. I still have the packaging and all the head numbers.

Roland Vp 540 started getting some banding. I have done all the adjustments and replaced cap tops,dampners,wipers ect. The only thing different is my preferred heater isn't heating up but the dryer is.

My pre heater stopped working is there a fuse I can check before I order the heater.

My printer goes through the actions of printing crop marks but there is nothing there. The dancing ants are there ,crop marks are enabled on versa works Does anybody have any idea what it could be.

If my dampners are bad on a Roland VP540I will it cause my printer not to print? If I do a power clean and remove my drain bottle there is no ink draining in it.

I just did a full cleaning and changed my capping station, not sure what there called but the ink bladders on top of the print head and cleaned my encoder strip. Now my c & y barely print and my k and m dont at all. What did I do wrong? Thanks in advanced for the help.

Got a new computer and put x5 on it. Now when doing drop shadows they appear pixely and when I publish to PDF when I take it to versa works it has a box around the word with the drop shadow and it never done this before.
