The banner was given enough bleed before put into the bottom. Thank you for your suggestion though!

The pole is fixed-length so it's impossible for himto stretch the banner further..:(

I just checked my other stock of this model and they are already bent-like, and standing perfectly straight! I can't guess what is problem with his.

The pole and the clip on the top is attached together, so the pole itself cannot be rotated...

Wouldn't it break the feet if tried to bend? They said that the pole gets a bit bent when inserted.

He says that he double checked that poles are inserted correctly at the bottom..what if this isn't the case?

One of my customers complained that their retractable banner is leaning forward. What would be the cause of this? The model is standard 33.5"x78.7" stand. Is there any way that I can fix this for them?

They are no big help. All they say is that I have to read the manual they gave out to me.. which is a very poor quality.

The problem is that I bought this printer from a third party company. They say that I have to follow the manual. No more advise than that. WitColor agents say because I purchased this product from the other comapny, no tech support can be delivered to me. It's very frustrating

thanks for your reply! I don't think there is any service more calibration for this Printer. This printer is made up so simple and straight forward that it doesn't carry any add-on services like that.. I can only see xy test on the printer software but that's it. I have to manually set...
