Consider the dust mitigation and hold down solutions such as a vacuum pump. Electrical upgrade of some sort is probably in store. What might take that $150/h guy 3-4 hours could possibly take you 8-16. It's not an arduous task to run one after it's all set up and done.
At 33k USD you could add...
Maybe I'm wrong but I was under the impression the thinner stuff works better outdoors because it doesn't blow off as easy. Could always drop 2 neodymiums on each one to hold them in place more securely. The round or square variety.

Sounds about what you're looking for. Light duty, simple movements and you have your own Homeless Depot router. Building your own is not worth it unless you're some sort of a CNC genius. Assembling the kit should be doable for anyone.
Seems like they tweak the PID settings on the servos or steppers. One of those just cause you can doesn't mean you should scenarios. You can only take a corner so fast before shit starts going sideways.
CNC routers also have settings that allow you to speed up smaller curves and cuts but it...
Buy straight from China like the big guys and make your own 2Bond. I've yet to see one delaminate but some of these variety brands are really soft. Like the inside plastic is somehow less dense and the metal is also thinner. Mind you the price is always a lot lower too. Seems to me as if the...

There's the crazy internet right that believes in all sorta crazy Facebook/Youtube conspiracies. It's bizarre how people fall for this garbage. This is why they should keep geriatrics and mentally challenged off the internet.

Any sign shops/welding shops nearby that do steel welding and bending? Looks pretty basic but it will definitely cost more than the pre-made one. Could always cheese it and cut the whole 'frame' out of a single piece of aluminum and just weld it onto the plate.
Aluminum , brass , bronze , copper all cut about the same unless you're doing insane quantity where speed really matters. Ballpark numbers for copper using 1/8 cutter were 16K rpm 10 plunge 55 IPM. Would recommend 4 passes if using 1/8 o flute to avoid breakage and maximize your tool life.
Could try some sort of a heat based adhesive. Or give them a can of something like this https://www.amazon.ca/ODIF-Permanent-Repositionable-Adhesive-Material/dp/B07HZ51B56
Get this.
Some people manually cut down the laminate from their rolls to fit individual prints to save that extra foot of laminate wasted using certain laminators. It also creates subpar laminations due to lack of tension. I guess if 5 inches looks like 7 then 6.5 feet of laminate might look...
Cut 1/8 ACM at around 16500 RPM moving 80-100 IPM single flute downcut moving in climb direction not conventional. Not sure if the spindle can handle such low rpms but 1/8 cutter should not put too much pressure on it. You definitely need something else under it as it will need to cut about 1/64...
If it's indoors you could try to glue on french cleats. If it's 6mm ACM you could even tap it and screw on the french cleats. That way there's no fasteners to cover up. The picture shows what a french cleat is and how it's supposed to work.
