Thats great, Thank you for that. I've now flushed the system and setup the dual cmyk cartridges. I've done 3 ink fills and 3 20 minute nozzle washes but cant seem to get a consistent ink flow. A hard clean brings some of the ink back but it drops out again. Whatever i do the dampers seem to be...

I've finally got around to flushing a refillng the system but cant get ink through.

Thats great i've found that now. My final question, do i need a wash cartridge for each of the 8 cartridge locations or can it be done 1or2 cartridges at a time? Thanks alot for your help.

Hi all, im trying to cure a problem with the print on my CJV30 which leads me to changing out the dampers. Does anyone know how good the digiprint supplies aftermarket dampers are? Or am i better of going for Genuine Mimaki items? Thanks Mike

An update on this. I eventually got around to replacing the encoder strip and the capping station complete with genuine mimaki items. They didnt cure the problem. I did think it may be the heaters drying the ink unevenly on the media, but i did a test print with the heaters turned off but he...
