    Get a color sample from the client. Define it using my spectrophotometer.. and based on the reading print a sample.

    My carriage is a tad too low and crashes slightly into the media edge holders. I know the l28500 is not supported anymore but I thought the mechanics might be the same on many design jets so maybe some one has an idea of what has worn so the carriage is a bit too low? Thnx
