My carriage is a tad too low and crashes slightly into the media edge holders. I know the l28500 is not supported anymore but I thought the mechanics might be the same on many design jets so maybe some one has an idea of what has worn so the carriage is a bit too low? Thnx

What does the printhead plot look like? It is most likely only one head that down. And at the beginning it always compensates that with more strikes.
