Hi I'm new to the vinyl cutting business and I hoping that someone can shed some light on my problem. I've run into an issue whereby I get jagged edges on the rounded corners on the vinyl that I'm cutting. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it. Thanks in advance, Brad

Concerning Gerber's P2C Plotter, anyone have any problems calibrating the sensor? Trying to solve Print-to-Cut issues. Working with Onyx (Postershop, Cutshop) and when finished printing the plotter won't recognize the registration marks. :banghead:

This is a 28 x 22 replacement sign we did for one the client had as a paper print Scotch taped to a preprinted party showcard. It took forever to select all the clipart and it has entirely too many colors but the client liked it. Printed in four parts on Gerber Edge.
