22 kt Engine Turn Gold

I have a small project to make and install some 22kt Engine Turn Gold. I haven't used this stuff in many years. Any tips or warnings other than don't screw it up
Primary concern is
1. tips on cutting 2" letters - plotter setting etc
2. application tape - planned to use clear RTape

for tiny lettering, i filet corners @ .01-02" so the tips of sharp lettering don't have hair-thin points.

I do a small inline onto the text, seperate it and delete the original text then apply an outline with round corners to use as a cut line.
I do this with almost every digitally laminated contour cut vinyl graphic to eliminate 90 degree edges.

Avoid serif letters and a new blade couldn’t hurt for clean cuts.
