4' x 8' ACM sign pricing

I am wondering what you all may charge for an average 4' x 8' ACM w/vinyl overlay sign (one offs). I know there are a lot of variables (full color full coverage print vs one color text cut vinyl). Let's just say an average price range or what you may charge for a well designed business sign to go on a building.

Ya really have too many unknowns to give a good answer.
Probably somewhere between $345 and 785. Like I said too many unknowns like 1 or 2 sided, what thickness acm, is it laminated, is there a separate art design cost, did the customer bring the design and lots more.

Ok, here is my latest real world example. It is single sided to be mounted to the building of an auto repair place (not looking for installation pricing). Substrate is 5mm Alummacore 8' x 4' from Grimco which costs me $185.00 (Is there a better substrate choice for this application?) Customer brought in print ready logo and let's say I have 1 hour of additional design/set up time. I am getting a full coverage print on 3M IJ-35c laminated from Signs 365 for $144.55. How about this scenario?

printed on intermediate with overlam. Less than 15 min of artwork.

I don't like alumacore. Crap dents easy and it's too expensive. 3mm is $42/sheet 6mm i think is $70. For wall mounted sign, 3mm is fine.

Had someone asking me about this earlier this week. Anyone have an idea of the direct print rate for UV? Usually just do $200/print on the flatbed, but I am also HORRIBLE at pricing.

I can't speak to Alumacorr specifically, but I love Alumalite, especially for large paneled signs (+ pins).
