Several years ago I made a monument sign for an event center. It didn't go so well and they sold the building to the local AmVets chapter. One of their people covered up my original sign with plywood and painted their name on it. Two months ago, I was asked if I could make them a new, better looking sign. I said I could retrofit the existing monument sign to where they would not know it wasn't designed this way on purpose.
