I'm having my own logo issues, so I don't know if my 2 cents is even worth that but...I use Phillip for all my customers' logo designs and have always been blown away. it's like everyone says about it being your own stuff.
I love the wave in #4 (don't know that it needs the droplet). If you wanted Graphics to stand out the most, mission accomplished there too. But the reverse of #3 is eye appealing to me. Best wishes!
